🔌 Connect your data — one click

Load real numbers in seconds. WELLFORCE reads standard exports — including your own Enverus or spreadsheet exports (self-use; nothing is uploaded to a server — it stays in your browser). Then every tile below drills into the actual records.

Tip: every KPI, red cost card, and chart bar on this page is clickable — it opens the underlying wells / employees / numbers.

Annual revenue by field

Burdened labor cost by location

Modeled value created by team

Wells ranked by annual profit

Annual revenue by product stream — where the money actually comes from

Every well can sell multiple streams. Click a bar to see which wells produce it. Helium and NGLs are often captured value operators leave on the table — tune strip prices on the Wells tab.

Executive summary

Interactive Org Chart

Drag any position onto another to change who it reports to. Click for the ROI breakdown, ✕ to remove a seat (reports roll up). Add positions from the panel on the right.

Pick a role — comp auto-suggests from market + Barrett Addison placement data (low / median / high).

Cost vs. value by team

Every seat costs money and creates value. Overhead protects value; field & technical create it.

Add a well (paste coordinates)

Copy-paste exact coordinates and specs. It drops on the map instantly and flows into the P&L.

Commodity prices (strip)

Set the sale price for each product stream. Every well's revenue, margin, and the whole P&L update live — great for "what if gas goes to $4 / helium stays high?"

OpenStreetMap · live

A real, live map — pan, zoom, switch to satellite. Each marker is one of your wells at its actual coordinates: size = production (BOE/d), color = margin. Click a marker to drill in. Pins are your hubs. "Load public wells" pulls nearby wells from free state data (Texas RRC / WV DEP) into the current view.

Drilling cost estimator (AFE)

Estimate what it costs to drill & complete a well in a given area — full AFE line items, tools/services required, rig cost, water, and leasing. Benchmarks are illustrative 2026 ranges; replace with client AFEs.

Horizontal completion cost scales with lateral length & stage count; vertical/conventional wells fall back to depth-driven cost. Tune coefficients to Mountain V's actual AFEs to make this exact.

Tools & services required for this well

Service company & rig benchmark

Every service category with low / median / high market pricing plus a quality & reliability read. WELLFORCE flags where you're paying premium rates for sub-par reliability — the "tools keep breaking / crews don't show up" problem, quantified. Illustrative sample vendors & scores; wire to Rystad / Spears / client invoice history to go live.

Quality & reliability are 1–5 (green = strong). "Value read" combines rate percentile against reliability: paying top-quartile rates for bottom-half reliability is where money leaks. Reputation data can be sourced from operator references, DrillingInfo/Enverus vendor analytics, and your own field crews.

Model a new acquisition / divestiture

Plug in a target asset. WELLFORCE projects revenue, OpEx, the crew you'd need to run it, drilling capital if undeveloped, and the net impact on the company P&L.

The staffing plan uses industry coverage ratios (pumpers per well, foreman per crew, engineering & back-office load). Drilling capital pulls from the AFE estimator for the region. Edit any hire before you present it.

AI Operations & Hiring Advisor

The engine reads your org against your operations, wells, and vendor spend and flags where you're under- or mis-staffed, or bleeding money — with roles, counts, comp ranges, and the reasoning. (Rules-based today; wired to a live model in production.)

Where you stand

This is exactly the "right people in the right seats" read Mike asked about — quantified. Every recommendation is a live search Barrett Addison can fill, and each one shows its own cost-vs-value case.

Where the data comes from

The playbook behind WELLFORCE. Public regulator data (free) powers the map, well headers, coordinates, depth and production. Commercial aggregators (paid) give the cleaned, competitor-wide, plug-and-play layer you can license or pass through. For a client engagement, their internal data (under NDA) fills the rest.

For a Mountain V engagement you need to buy nothing up front: under NDA Mike provides the internal well list, AFEs, org and comp; you supplement with the free public sources above for competitor/benchmark context. Premium aggregators become relevant when WELLFORCE ships to multiple operators.
WELLFORCE concept prototype · sample data modeled from Mountain V's described footprint (Buckhannon WV HQ · San Antonio TX office · Zapata / Webb County TX field).
